Classical Conversations of WauseonHomeschool Support Group in Wauseon, OHClassical Conversations is Christian. Our motto is to know God and make Him known. Classical Conversations is a Method. Children are taught through the classical model to memorize (grammar stage), process (dialectic stage), and persuade (rhetorical stage). Classical Conversations is a Community. Programs meet once a week for 12 weeks in the fall and 12 weeks during the winter/spring. Parents and students participate in a group assembly and then separate into classes of eight students for an academically-charged learning experience. Parents participate in classes to learn how to teach classically at home. Students inspire and encourage each other, and parents appreciate the support and encouragement they find in joining with other like-minded parents. Classical Conversations is Connected. Our online community provides many additional resources for memory work and a fuller learning experience.
