Homeschool Alliance of Youngstown OH

We are striving to unite the many different homeschool groups in the Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana counties. Families are encouraged to belong to our group and their own homeschool group, but we do have several families that exclusively belong to HAYO and no other group. We are offering family meetings once every 3 months, a mailing list, an e-newsletter with local events (Homeschool News, a kids newsletter that they write themselves), curriculum exchanges, internet lessons for both parents and children, field trips and celebrations, personal lessons on a variety of different subjects taught by parents or imported speakers, and much more.
